Flavor is pretty good
Heat is good
Presentation is good
The only negative parts
Are that its not pure chile peppers, its flavored with garlic and salt
And all the seeds are left in with the pepper meat.
I grew up in Cruces and never added spices to my fresh chiles, and was hoping for that same type of thing, but its still pretty good.
