This is a great program for anyone wanting to improve mobility and overall strength. The course is taught very safely with options for beginners and modifications when starting out. The videos and explanations are clear. You can fit this easily into your schedule! It’s actually fun and challenging ! I’m feeling stronger and flexibility has improved. I’m planning to further develop these new skills. I’d recommend this program for everyone. Thank you!!
