Received my gri-1500Li 3 weeks ago. Had an issue the first time I used it on the course. Called customer service the next day. They determined that I had a defective Controller and shipped me a replacement controller the following day with a follow up email and link with step by step instructions how to replace the Controller. Have used the cart 3 times in the last 10 days and I love it! Controlling the cart is very easy and intuitive. I would strongly recommend the cart.
