Well, I’ve just finished my first cook up with my new Lightning 21cm frypan. Fisherman’s Eggs- Yum! The Noni pan I reach for most often, to date, is my July 2020 17cm frypan. This pan has now cooked well over a thousand meals for me. But I challenge you to see any wear or tear whatsoever; there is none. Flip the pans over though and it’s easy to see which one has done all the heavy work. Anyway, I found I was often wishing for a slightly larger pan- hence the new one. The new 21cm Lightening heats quickly, it’s just as naturally non-stick and it’s easy peasy to clean. A new and welcome addition to our Solid Cookware collection.
