This is some really nice quality tungsten tape for adding weight to your pickleball paddles. It is 1 gram per inch which I find perfect for paddles. The adhesive is good 3M adhesive that holds strong. Cutting it is simple with scissors and it applies easily to the outer edge of the paddle. You get a lot for the price versus pre-cut strips. This is a great price for a quality tungsten tape.
