We moved to Key West from Albuquerque 5 years ago. We always had Hatch Chile in Albuquerque but after moving we missed it so much that we started ordering it for us to have and share in Key West. We have never had great success with our orders and it's the only chile I use in my cooking. We love roasting them here in Key West...that smell you get...reminds us of all our time in New Mexico.
