My mother in laws family is from New Mexico. They have been roasting hatch Chile for decades. A lot of her family have either moved out of state (we live in california) or have passed away. I bought the small table top roaster as a surprise gift for her. She loved it ! It worked great ! Very well built ! The chilies roasted perfectly !
