“The photo print was great, but it arrived with the corner edges bent which I had to twist back to shape as best as I could. Poor packaging to protect from trasportation.”

“No happy! Cut off my head and want to return but do not see any return possibilities. The framed picture came out wonderfully. Same picture. I also got someone else metal print. I feel awful because my name was on it and I don’t know who it belongs too! They must be very upset they have not gotten their order.”

“The print itself was very beautiful high quality. However, the shipping packaging was horrible. It was covered in thin plastc in thin cardboard. The package arrived opened and damaged with bends in the aluminum on 3 of 4 corners.”

“I received someone else's picture. Hoping to get the right one by Christmas, as it was ordered for a gift. I ordered a 8"x8" of my husband and our dog, but I got a 5"x7" picture of a man in a kayak with the mountains in the background.”

“Color waa off & quality of pic was not clear. The tile is better (looks exactly as pic should).”
