“The packaging on metal prints is worthless. My client recived one and I aswell. Both were in cardboard wrapped in one sheet of plastic. His had bent corners and mine had bent corners and scratches all over it. Totally displeased. The finish also looked like fish eyes. I requested one more print and one refund. During the claim process I was taken care of, how ever when I mentioned the lack of any protective measures the customer rep showed no concern or surpise. I like the canvas products but will not purchase anything else.”

“Very happy with results. The color and clarity of this metal print was spot on. The only issues with the print was that the photo I supplied from my phone was not perfect to begin with, and the enlargement to this scale makes these focus faults more noticeable. However when on the wall at typical viewing dustance it looks fine. This is NOT a fault of Easy Canvas.”

“The quality of the print on metal was amazing........ but it was delivered with 3 of the 4 corners badly damaged. Surprizingly. the metal is quite heavy gauge, so it's not a simple job to bend them straight without damaging the surface. Such a shame as plastic corner protectors costing a few cents could have easily prevented the damage in what was a thin cardboard delivery package. Easy print said they'd replace the item, but that was over a week ago and I've heard nothing since - so much for the Christmas Gift I'd planned for my wife. A very disappointed customer!”
