“There was a mistake made on.both our prints. T both had white at the top of the photo. One of the horizontal hangers was vertical and can't be changed. We have been trying to get this resolved. First they asked for us to take photos. We took.the photos and sent them. Then they asked for a video. That still isn't good enough and they want another video. We are not happy with the results or the customer service.”

“I had 8 pictures from my trip of a lifetime to Italy mounted on metal frames. They are fabulous! I'm so happy Easy Canvas is making me 3 additonal prints. Easy process to order and to talk to support. Also appreciate being able to proof the photos beforehand. Great job everyone!”
