“I’m very dissatisfied with my metal prints. I ordered two and they both came with an orange peel/stared finished that was terrible and not the quality of prints I’ve ordered in the past.( I’ve ordered many many prints from you.)It appears they were packaged before the ink was dry and it ruined the finish. I tried to contact customer service about this and you originally offered me a refund because there was not enough time for a reprint before the holidays. I was told a refund would be issued in 4-14 days. However, after 14 days I got a notice asking for more pictures to do a reprint. That’s not what I asked for and not what was decided. When I tried to explain this to the company I have received no response. It’s been over a month that I’ve been dealing with this trying to get my refund of less than 50$ and I’m very disappointed in how this company handles customers service. And I will never use this company again based on that.”

“The photo turned out awesome, I really like it. Might I suggest packing something like that in a sturdier package, when it arrived, and this may not be your fault but when it arrived the package was open and the picture itself had a slight bend to it. I was able to straighten it out but it still has a slight wave to it but I would suggest a little bit of a more sturdy package, other than that the picture turned out awesome.”
