“The absolute worst. Will NEVER order a metal print from here. First time the print arrived damaged, the print itself was poorly packed with no corner protection. Each and every corner was severly dentd. Reported the issue while carefully explainingthat the issue was their THIRD PARTY producer not packing the item properly and after THREE WEEKS a replacement arrived. This one had even more damage! Not only were the corners bent, The print had a fold in the middle. Talk about NOT caring! Customer service was entirerly unfaze. Eventually they agreed to a refund. Now, Three weeks later, I'm still waiting. Reporting to the Credit Card company today . Be aware. P.S. Their canvas prints are nice and come well packed....Wish I could use them again but after the metal print fiasco...I'm going to another supplier.”

“Print quality was good but mounting and backing were subpar compared to a computer that we used previously . The metal sheet was not reinforced and the hanging system was not easy to install.”
