“I'm disappointed. It could partly be the photo that I sent. Was it too dark? But the reds are washed out, there's no shine like I thought there would be. It's very blah.”

“The quality of the photo was good but the packing and shipping was horrible. This is the second time this photo had been shipped to us,and it arrived damaged to the extent that it cannot be hung on the wall both times.”
