“The crop was incorrect and there’s a thick white line at the bottom border. Not sure if this was me or the production. My 11x14 was delivered crunched with visible footprint on it and the metal image was warped. Not happy about that.”

“This was a replacement for a bent picture and this one was also bent. The pie e of wood that is glued to the back causes a kink in the metal at the corners after shipping and looks terrible.”

“We had a white line at the bottom of the image. We didn't see it on the website. You would think someone at this site would have reached out to us. Also, the metal plate was taped to a piece of cardboard for shipping. Which is fine, but it taped to the edge of the cardboard, not centered in it. The corner of the box hit something, so the metal plate was bent. If it had been taped to the center of the cardboard, that wouldn't have happened. The image itself looked good, except for the white line at the bottom.”
