“The image appears darker on the metal than when printed on paper. The packaging was poor, leading to the metal being bent. I am emailing back and forth with support.”

“While the prints themselves come out nice, not enough care is put into shipping them properly. This is especially true for the 24 x 36 size ones where I even received a replacement order that was badly damaged. They need to be packed with Styrofoam or something to keep them from bending. Even a few of the other smaller ones that I ordered came with dings in them.”

“Not only did my images print much darker than they looked on the preview but the metal prints lacked the luster and shimmer of what you would expect from the metal. I had to reorder six of my 20 prints for an art show and they did not arrive in time for the opening. I thought I was saving money by buying the metal prints for on $28 but I guess you get what you pay for.”

“I LOVE Easy Canvas. I just received my 3rd or 4th order. These were spread out over time. My lastest order was 8 canvas prints of family and grandchildren to place in my family room wall. They are so very perfect. Can't wait to hang them and show them off. App was easy to use and order. Fast shipping time although a heads up that it might take a little longer because of effects of COVID. And we received an email that it would.be delivered 2 days later than what was indicated. I LOVE EASY CANVAS”
