“The quality of the print is fantastic. Shipping was so fast and I am so hoppy with it. The only downside is that the bottom corner has just a little bend to it, almost like it slid against something at some point.”

“The photo its self on metal came out amazing was very pleased however I had issues with the packaging. The photos came in an extremely larger box and the items had no corner protection. A combination of both resulted in the items being delivered damaged. With that being said. The company was extremely apologetic and offered two options a refund or replace the items for free. I opted for the replacement hopefully the replacements come with no issues. I was upset at first because I was donating the items for an auction for cancer. But I should have the replacements in time I hope. The auction will use the damaged ones for the auction with agreement to replace with new ones. Hopefully this works. I am giving five star review with the belief the replacements will be fine.”

“I ordered a print on metal as a gift, first one arrived and has 3 corners bent, also a wave in the metal from the wood backing they use so you can hang it. Contacted CS and they sent a new one. I asked they use foam for the corners during shipping and they said shipping was out of their hands. New one arrived and it’s even worse! All 4 corners are bent, photo has material shedding off of it: I submitted photos. Still have not heard back, still no refund given! Highly disappointed and will not order again!”
