“On the first one they sent me the colors weren't right and they gracious worked with me until I was satisfied. When they sent the replacement the colors were perfect. However they packed it in a flimsy box compared to the way the original was packed and ALL FOUR CORNERS WERE BADLY BENT. If they just packed it like they did the first time this wouldn't have happened. Iopted for a refund after seven emails discussing it.”

“My large metal print was delivered with all corners bent because they were not protected before being packaged and shipped. I had an art exhibit that the piece was going to be displayed. I paid extra for faster shipment and they couldn’t expedite the replacement order in time for the show. I had to use a different form of media to display my work. I would not order from them again.”
