“I placed a large order and sadly many metal tiles came with the back hanging block missing or crooked. I pressed the photo onto the tile myself to hang and three of the tiles fell, one dented, until I placed my own adhesive onto the back. When I called to notify the company, they responded with an email that has still not rectified the problem. I am taking my business elsewhere.”

“The quality of the "photo-on-metal" was very good! However, there is a white space around the edges which makes it un-giftable. Apparently, the image was not large enough to fill the space. I believe it would be good customer service to notify the customer when a probelm exists and allow for the image tobe resubmitted. Instead, I've paid for a product that I can't use. In addition, the glue strip attached to the back of the metal and the "connector" that is meant to hang on the wall is useless. The "connector" fell off glue strip as I opened the package. Again, I've paid for a product that does not meet expectations.”
