“I requested a vertical print, 10x8”, and it was printed horizontal with the image stretched to fit that dimension. It looks awful. I haven’t had any response from the company other than the basic canned responses. I have ordered other prints through this company with no issues. But, this was a gift and it was very disappointing. Maybe cu with the holidays they stopped QA, or maybe they don’t bother with checking the image before printing or shipping.”

“Loved my photo when it was put on metal. I was disappointed to see when it arrived that two of the corners had been damaged. I wrote to the company for help and was very surprised that I never heard back from them to offer any help. I was forced to give the picture to my son at Xmas with two damaged corners./”

“Didn’t receive the print I ordered, but instead received someone else’s order. I re-ordered this print and contacted support and they refunded me for the print after confirming the details of what I actually received. I’ve been ordering from this site for several years and this has never happened before, but was handled in a timely manner. Not sure who received my print! My other metal prints were perfect. I’ve always ordered canvas prints and decided to try the metal prints and I’m very pleased with the results!”
