“The print mounting was installed upside down requiring me to install wire to hang the photo and the shipping container arrived crushed and open in many places. Fortunately, the print survived intact. Scary but okay.”

“This order was a mess. 1. They sent me someone elses photo...something I didn't order. 2. The print I did order was supposed to come on a stand, instead it is set up to be hung on a wall (which renders the photo useless to me). I want a refund.”
