“This print looks good and we will hang it but after ordering metal prints from another prominent company, the quality of this one is not as good as the others. However, the cost is significantly less. If I didn’t have experience with others, I wouldn’t know any different.”

“There needs to b e a proof process. I uploaded a bunch of images. Some of them turned out awesome. Some didn't. Too dark. To fuzzy, etc... It would be helpful to be able to preview the final layout.”

“The picture arrived with the corners bent and another dent right in the middle of the photo. These metal prints should be packed with more adequate protection due to the nature of the substrate. The only protection it had was a piece of cardboard (the same size as the print) taped to it.”

“This was a replacement to the original order and it was received just as bad. The packaging needs to be improved to protect the metal print. The corners were bent and even rolled over. The quality of the printed picture was great. Just need reinforced packaging to protect from the delivery process”
