“The print was good but the metal print was bent and creased in multiple places. Tape was applied directly to the image and gummy residue on image. Extremely poorly packaged. I have ordered several prints before and those arrived in great condition. Very disappointed in this order.”

“I pointed out the drastic and ugly color change to you on your chat after I received my self-portrait from you. But you said that the colors were all faithful to my original pic. Did you compare the colors of both versions? I couldn't believe what you said and was disappointed bitterly. I've attached the two pics below. The one with the dark purple face was the metal print I received and I don't want to hang the ugly pic on the wall. Can I at least receive the simple rolled paper print with no frame but with the pink face, not with dark purple color face? Thank you.”
