“Damaged upon arrival. Customer service was non existent in replacing . I have spent thousands of dollars with this company for years and I am now going to look for someone else to do my art prints. With the amount of money that I spend every year, you should have expedited this to me immediately. I have now lost a sale to a client.”

“I placed a large order and sadly many metal tiles came with the back hanging block missing or crooked. I pressed the photo onto the tile myself to hang and three of the tiles fell, one dented, until I placed my own adhesive onto the back. When I called to notify the company, they responded with an email that has still not rectified the problem. I am taking my business elsewhere.”
