“I'm disappointed. It could partly be the photo that I sent. Was it too dark? But the reds are washed out, there's no shine like I thought there would be. It's very blah.”

“The quality of the photo was good but the packing and shipping was horrible. This is the second time this photo had been shipped to us,and it arrived damaged to the extent that it cannot be hung on the wall both times.”

“Quality of print is not great. You can barely make out what is is supposed to be. Almost looks pixelated. Metal print was not shipped with corners protected. 2 of the corners are bent pretty good. I sent an email regarding quality and shipping issues with no response. Maybe look elsewhere before ordering from this website.”

“I've been trying to get in touce regarding my order with no response. I have encountered two issues: 1. The colors on the prints seem off. I have sent out the same file for two different size prints, and both are color accurate. However, the ones you sent me do not match. 2. The mounting on the back is not oriented correctly for hanging. It should have been turned 90 degrees clockwise so the metal print sits flush and straight. Could you please advise me on how to resolve these issues? Thank you for your assistance.”

“Packaged in a thin cardboard box with no protection on the corners, it was also not marked fragile. The only protection was a simple plastic bag.”
