“My poster came through very pixelated, I think it would be quite easy for a company like this to detect if a picture isn't big enough, HD enough, to support my requested size.”

“The print mounting was installed upside down requiring me to install wire to hang the photo and the shipping container arrived crushed and open in many places. Fortunately, the print survived intact. Scary but okay.”
