“This order was a mess. 1. They sent me someone elses photo...something I didn't order. 2. The print I did order was supposed to come on a stand, instead it is set up to be hung on a wall (which renders the photo useless to me). I want a refund.”

“The print came out terrific and the staff was easy to work with. There was an issue with the packaging of my print and reprint where the corners were not sufficiently protected from shock and during shipping and stubbed curled. Even the reprint arrived with minor damage but I was able to straighten it back out with a rubber mallet.”
