Organic Soapberries 500g Reviews

5 Rating 199 Reviews
I've used it for a year now and i still don't know if it works. Since it's scentless, i can't judge whether it's doing a good job. It's compostable which is why i purchased it but it doesn't remove stains or smells, dirty socks will still come out dirty and smelly, just ever so slightly cleaned but that's kind of what water does anyway. Will continue to use but i don't feel confident in recommending it

I started using soapberries at the end of last year and I'm never going back! Buying one bag lasts forever and I love the natural smell. I tend to add a bit of eucalyptus oil to the wash for more soiled (e.g., gym) clothes to lift the fragrance but it's really not necessary. Amazing cleaning power for a natural product and I don't want to go back to using regular detergents!

I have been looking into the use of soap berries for a few years and finally took a chance to try them recently. I cannot believe that 5 little berries can clean clothes just as well, if not better than any commercial or home made wash powder/liquid. I will not be looking back! These are an amazing gift from nature which are value for money, easy to use and extremely effective.

Purchased these to use along side the Eco Egg. Very happy with the Eco Egg, the soapberries not so much. I’ve not noticed any soap/sudsy action from multiple uses. I did notice the 2nd time I had used them, they had left an Orange/red stain on my linen bed sheets which I’m not to happy about. Would I buy them again no, I’d be more than happy to just keep using the Eco Egg.

I love to use these berries and reuse the water for the garden. Also it makes me feel very happy to know that I can compost them :) I hate to use sinthetics and too artificial products. Natural is the best way :)

What a great alternative for the environment! It's a little bit more work than your conventional washing powder but it's worth it. I use it alongside their Clean Linen Laundy Tonic (a few drops in the bag and a few drops in the drawer of the washing machine) and my clothes smell lovely and fresh!
