“Good Rack but one let down is the Foot latch to angle the Bike away from the Car is if you are backing up and Accidentally hit the Latch on something behind the Bike Drops.
Need to have a Locking device to stop this happening.”
“Excellent rack, easy to use and carries the e-bikes well. Love the locking bars and the ability to lock onto the tow all with little effort. Only suggestion would be to fit wheels or roller to assist with moving it. This would make it more user friendly for all but even more so for older cyclists.”
“I am disappointed in this product. Firstly the wheel tracks are barely wide enough to hold my mountain bike. It requires extra straps to ensure a suitably tight hold. Also the mechanism that slips onto the tow ball is very awkward and fiddly. I was unable to get it off so I have had to remove the tow hitch completely. Overall the rack will suffice but only just. For near enough to $1000 I expected better.”
