“Bike rack is great, holds 2 e-bikes really well traveled nice & sturdy.
I am a small framed older lady & found it to be heavy but managed to lift the rack onto towball.
It took a little bit to work out how it works, but all good now. Only issue I have now is I can’t get key out of lock, so not sure what I have done.”
