“Quite a practical bike rack. There's no need for a plate under the towball to keep it straight. A new towball is provided, which I assume is to ensure the correct size. I'm interested to find if it still stays straight over time. I'll buy the ramp accessory to make it easier to load our ebikes. The downside of having a rack to cater for the weight of two ebikes is that the rack itself is quite heavy to lift and install (a necessary burden, I think). It is quite straightforward to install on the towball, though.
It is quite flexible in the way it connects the bikes to the rack, too.”
“The rack fits very well and seems to not have any difficulties carrying two larger eBikes. Much easier to use then loading them in the back of my DMax. Only reason i gave 4 stars as the first unit I received had faulty tail lioghts but I returned this to the store and received a new replacement in exchange which worked as expected. Service and pricing was excellent.”

Have since attempted to use but have had to order the longer wheel straps.
Perhaps when a rack is advertised as fitting larger E bikes the longer straps should be fitted as standard.
The wheel trays could be a little longer too as the wheels overhang the trays.”
“I’ve had this bike carrier for two years. It’s heavy but I feel confident when using it. The bikes are held securely; they can be locked securely; the brake and turning lights give me confidence that other drivers will see me.
I have one reservation- the carrier must not be unfolded if it’s not in the exact right position on the tow bar- otherwise you won’t be able to secure it to the towbar. I’ve spent an hour, twice, once I made that mistake, trying to work out how gold it back up to reposition it.”
