“Excellent rack, easy to use and carries the e-bikes well. Love the locking bars and the ability to lock onto the tow all with little effort. Only suggestion would be to fit wheels or roller to assist with moving it. This would make it more user friendly for all but even more so for older cyclists.”
“I am disappointed in this product. Firstly the wheel tracks are barely wide enough to hold my mountain bike. It requires extra straps to ensure a suitably tight hold. Also the mechanism that slips onto the tow ball is very awkward and fiddly. I was unable to get it off so I have had to remove the tow hitch completely. Overall the rack will suffice but only just. For near enough to $1000 I expected better.”
“It would get a 4 start but there are constant issues with the connector plug. It is very poor quality and you can feel it does not go in tight. I have driven behind two cars with this same system and see they also have issues. With a bad connection, your left indicator at the back comes on when turning right. Then your car flicker goes at a high speed. I also believe the supports for the tyres should extend slightly more as my STD mountain bike only just fits.”
“Works very well. Rock solid with two bikes on it, travelling long distance. Seems to damage the ball slightly because of gripping so tight but it came with a replacement ball, so all good ?”
“This product was a reasonable price and arrived well packaged. Meets our needs well, carrying 2 ebikes. Had to purchase longer tow bar as we have a rear tyre on our vehicle and not enough clearance on a standard fitting. Anyone purchasing this product would need to take this into consideration, but as far as the Yakima FoldClick 2 E-Bike Tow Ball rack is concerned, it is a good buy and would recommend.”
