“I have recently purchased 2 push bikes one for me older son and one for me. They were good to deal with.
However I took my sons bike for its first free service a pedal thrasher.The gears were not changing down properly on the 1,2,3 cogs. Was not going from gear 2 down to gear 1, it crunches and carrys on. Told them of the issue. Issue not fixed exactly the same as it was when I went in. Problem is it is 110km to the store.
Very disappointed.”
“Hi guys, I have paid twice for membership. Once online on the 17th June. And unaware that this transaction had gone through, (because it looked like it hadn't)paid the membership fee again over the counter on the 22nd June. Hope this can be fixed. Cheers”
