“Really wanted to be able to give 5-stars here, but it’s the legs I’m concerned about. Because part of our lounger is partly on wood floors and the other part on an area rug, there’s a little bit of instability in the legs (and I have to readjust them to a straight position all the time). The design and comfortability are both awesome. Just really really hope the legs hold up.”
“It’s a good couch. It’s comfy (a bit firm but I like that and it needs breaking in), easy if time consuming to set up, and it looks great. If you live in an apt and want a nice couch that will come in manageable boxes, I highly recommend it.”
“We got the blue range sectional with attachable ottoman. The blue material is excellent and I like that you can rearrange the ottoman on any side. For the price, I would say it is worth it quality wise but is on the smidge small side but if you're limited in space (i.e., small apartment) then I think this is the best quality for size. We will see if this is true, but I'm unsure how much weight it can hold but so far it's been fine for me and my 30-lb weighted blanket. One of the legs doesn't touch the ground but that could be my assembly error and not the couch.
The reason I took off a star is that the assembly isn't as easy as the website led me to believe. The screws come with caps that sometimes take pliers to get off (not tools free, is it then? also it's incredibly wasteful/ not eco friendly like they tout) and the assembly instructions weren't as clear as it could have been (e.g., you could label the pillows on the outside with paper instead of making me open each pillow to figure out the sizes). I am not great at/dislike assembling furniture which is why I wanted this couch but was disappointed in how long it took me to figure it out. Additionally, when it was delivered it would have been nice to get an email saying it was delivered and it was an unpleasant surprise to get down to the package room and find four giant 50-lb boxes that I was unprepared for (since my package service just says package received).
Overall, happy with my purchase for now, but will likely be more skeptical of their claims/marketing in the future if I purchase from here again.”
