“I really wanted to love this sleeper sofa but sadly I wouldn’t recommend it!
Pros: Looks great, space-saving, relatively easy to setup, and customer service was great when one of the parts had misaligned holes and they had to ship me a replacement.
Cons: It’s super hard/firm as a mattress and even worse as a sofa. We never sit on it because it’s so awful. I actually like sofas that are on the firm side and have structure but this is too hard to sit on. When we use it as guest bed, we use a foam mattress topper and I still feel bad for our guests. I thought it might need time to break in but we’ve had it for over a year and it’s still hard as a rock.”
“I was looking for a high quality sleeper sofa that had the comfort quality of a regular queen size bed. I was not disappointed. The sofa is in my den and the quality is and style is excellent!”
“Shipping was fast but one of the boxes did come with a gash (that we later discovered resulted in two tears into the couch backing. Assembly wasn't bad. This sleeper sofa is neither a great sleeper nor a great couch. It does both, but the cushions are SUPER firm for both sitting and sleeping. Styling is very good for our space.”
“Love the moss green color! Assembling the sofa required 2 people + a few hours... worth it all. Forgetting how sleeper sofas work, a much harder seating surface due to the beds being inside the sofa. It took a few days to adjust to the harder surface. A week later, the seating has softened a bit. Now, liking the seating surface; not super soft, but it feels good on the back. Also, great to sleep on (closed or open).
Shipping was very fast. The 4 boxes arrived in great shape; well packed with a full assembly instruction booklet.
I would purchase from Burrow again.”
“I needed an extra sleeping option for a spare bedroom and a regular queen size bed is too big, takes up too much room. The burrow makes it nice to be able to have a queen guest bed in that room. It looks very nice. I put it together by myself in about 4 hours. The instructions were very good. Only problem I had was that the two hinges that hold the bottom section fell off when I took it out of the box. All of the screws were stripped. I had spare screws that I was able to use to remaster them. After that it was pretty easy. I received it within 1 week of ordering which was great. Once assembled it looks and feels very sturdy. I am happy with my purchase.”
