“I have the 3 seater couch with ottoman & love it. I sit on it, slouch on it, & nap on it. I practically live on it. It's really comfortable & sturdy, it looks great, & the fabric is substantial but soft. I live in a 4th floor walk-up with a narrow staircase, so there's no way a one-piece couch this size would have made it up the stairs. I gave the couch a test-sit in the NYC showroom & the staff was very personable & helpful. They paid attention to me (unlike some well known furniture chains), answered all my questions, & gave me something to drink. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was a glitch in the assembly process that my husband was fortunately able to resolve. We at first could not attach 2 of the legs because the holes for the thumb screws didn't line up exactly. He drilled the holes farther apart with a 5/16‚ drill bit & that solved the problem.”
