“I've paid more for an Ikea couch which was not as stylish. This couch was aseembled by me only in about 20 minutes and was really user friendly and easy to figure out. I love that it has usb. I do wish the couch cushions were a bit more fluffy. Everything else about it is fantastic. Plus it's very light which is nice.”
“I've had my couch for a little over a month and I love it. It helps me sit properly and not slouch. Really appreciate Burrow giving me the wooden legs for it as well. When I bought the couch it came with the steel legs and I really wanted wood so when it became available they gave them to me for free. Thanks!”
“I really wanted to love my Burrow sofa, but when it arrived (6 weeks later), it was a bit deflating. The black legs made it look a bit cheap, the inside seat depth is quite shallow for taller folks, and the upholstery snagged in 36 hours in my living room. I also needed to use my drill to fix the frame and clasps.
However - Burrow's customer service team is ON POINT! Major props to them, as they're great with chat with, super positive and very helpful. Returning the sofa was SO easy. I wish Burrow the best of luck, as it will be a great product for a lot of people (It just wasn't meant to be, for me).”
“TLDR: The couch is comfortable and does look great. Assembly and disassembly was as easy as advertised (eventually). Would buy again.
My wife and I started looking for a new couch after we gave our old one to my parents. We heard of Burrow from a friend and checked out the website.
Here's our experience:
- Ordered a 3 seat low arm couch with ottoman in crushed gravel
- Took a little over a month for the couch to be delivered
- Pieces delivered over two days
- Couch did not fit together as advertised.
- Broke one of the latches and cracked the wood for the main B piece.
- Reached out to Customer Service - they handled this issue within 3-4 days.
- 2 weeks later the replacement piece came in and everything fit together
- 4 months later - couch is still comfortable. Not as firm as when we first got it but still mostly comfy.
Side note: you can't yet buy high arms separately but hoping to soon.”
