“too firm, specially back and the arms (almost not padded, you feel hard edge). If you need this sofa for waiting room or “formal gatthering”to seet - it is perfect. If you need it for watching TV, reading, relaxing, napping - I woudn’t recommend it. On a good side: looks grate, compact, modern, nice fabric.”

Couch assembly was simple, and definitely doable by yourself. However, it would have been helpful to have a second hand. Some of the clasps were very difficult to tighten individually. I wouldn’t say it is a 10 minute assembly, but it isn’t a lengthy one.
The couch itself is nice! It is not the comfiest couch I’ve ever sat on in my entire life, but it is a very nice couch! I love the charging feature!
As far as delivery goes, this did not arrive to me in 1 week. It arrived in about one month. I was very disappointed by this, but I was positively impressed by the customer service and the response to my frustration. The team running this company is delightful and makes dealing with frustrating shipping delays a lot less stressful than it could otherwise be.
Overall, I would definitely recommend a Burrow couch to anyone!”

“Some of the parts I received initially were defective, and Burrow customer service was there to help out in six minutes! They quickly sent me replacement parts, and when they arrived everything went together without issue. I was able to get the boxes upstairs to my apartment and assembled by myself. “We love our burrow sofa. I have a 14 month old and a 2.5. year old. My boys are super active they love jumping on the sofa... when they shouldn't... and as much as I have chased them out of the living room with food and drinks they have on occasion made it on the sofa with sticky fingers or dirty mouths... So far the sofa is holding up great! Keep your fingers crossed for me it holds up to the hype!”
