Couch assembly was simple, and definitely doable by yourself. However, it would have been helpful to have a second hand. Some of the clasps were very difficult to tighten individually. I wouldn’t say it is a 10 minute assembly, but it isn’t a lengthy one.
The couch itself is nice! It is not the comfiest couch I’ve ever sat on in my entire life, but it is a very nice couch! I love the charging feature!
As far as delivery goes, this did not arrive to me in 1 week. It arrived in about one month. I was very disappointed by this, but I was positively impressed by the customer service and the response to my frustration. The team running this company is delightful and makes dealing with frustrating shipping delays a lot less stressful than it could otherwise be.

“I live in a townhouse with the primary living space on the second floor. I had been searching for months for furniture that could actually navigate the narrow entry and stairwell and not overwhelm my apartment sized livingroom.
By happenstance, I came across burrow.com. Right away, I loved the clean lines. However, I was initially very hesitant to purchase a loveseat without touching and sitting on it first. And, was the furniture really that easy to assemble? After reading about Burrow, looking at reviews, the assembly video, and receiving swatches, I took the plunge and ordered the loveseat and ottoman in crushed gravel.
I received my 4 boxes weeks earlier than expected - no damage and no missing parts. And, YES! I was able to assemble the loveseat and ottoman fairly quickly. The fabric looks beautiful, feels great, and gives the room a modern and fresh aesthetic. The loveseat is sturdy and seats are firm - just the way I like them. The ottoman seat is firm as well. I'm thinking about purchasing the matching chair in the near future.”

“This couch is very comfortable once assembled. The assembly of the couch was a little more difficult than indicated on the website. A couple of the latches were very difficult to fully close, and I needed to use a block of wood to push them shut. Burrow also has replaced the charger block with a single usb charger outlet, which I did not know before I purchased the sofa. Finally, the ottaman makes a 'pop' sound when you sit on it, but it otherwise seems stable. Overall, couch was comfortable, I just wish the ottoman felt a little more secure”
