My item was not monogrammed as I requested. I have emailed and called numerous times and my issue has not been resolved yet. The customer service sucks and I will not purchase from this site again.

As you can see in the attached photo this arrived WITHOUT the personalization I ordered. Numerous attempts to have this rectified have fallen on deaf ears. After receiving automated replies that fail to provide any solution I finally received an email asking me to submit a picture, which I promptly obliged (I submitted the photo below). Yet I have not heard back with how they plan to provide a solution. For a family-run company that says it prides itself on customer service I would highly suggest you put your money where you mouth is.
