Placed order and 60+ days later I receive items. Very cheap looking, packaged poorly and one glass was broken. This was a Father’s Day gift that came 39 days to late.... very poor customer service non responsive and not honest. Don’t waste your money or time, go to a more reliable retailer!!!

The quality was not nearly as beautiful as the pictures, the initial is not centered on the bottle and it is small and difficult to see clearly. The item was not received until almost one month after ordering. I guess you get what you pay for. Spend a little more to get a personalized gift that will be really nice.

The engraving is horrible. The name on the side is extremely small. It took over a month to receive product.

I ordered this over 5 weeks ago & got a shipping notice soon after. I still don’t have the product so I’m not sure why I got an email asking me to rate the product when I don’t have it.
