“This review of two stars is on the hardware only. The customer service from advexure has been the best of any place I have worked with in the drone field. The controller itself works well if it will boot past its loading screen but will often not ever get past the load screen. It takes several reboots to get it to turn on properly.”

“From the initial information on the product to having it arrive at my house was phenomenal! The customer service was excellent and I was contacted via phone to make sure my drone and the controller were compatible! They kept me updated via email on the status of my order. The shipping was extremely quick and the packaging ensured my product arrived safely! I will definitely be using them for any of my future purchases!”

“I finally got a chance to try the Autel Evo 2 Smart Controller, and it is far better than I imagined. It is crystal clear even in bright sunlight, and it allows for a more sharper view of what the drone will be photographing or videoing. I highly recommend it.”

“I can’t say enough about the exceptional service I received. I sent an email on Sunday asking if the Evo2 smart controller they offered was compatible with the Evo2 Pro V1, and to my surprise I got an answer the same day. I placed the order for the Smart Controller V1 that Sunday and received it on Wednesday. That’s absolutely remarkable.”

“I have the Autel Evo 2 Pro V1 and was happy to have found a brand new V1 Smart Controller on this online store. Ordering was very easy and they made sure that I had the V1 aircraft before completing my order as the V2 Smart Controller is not compatible with the V1 drone. The order arrived in a timely manor and was packed perfectly. Initial testing of the basic functions and my first flight with it yesterday went well. I'll need some more time to go through all of the extensive capabilities if the controller to make sure everything works as it should, but so far so good. Even though it is expensive, I like it so much better than hooking up a phone or tablet that I have trouble balancing & seeing in the Florida sunshine. I would definitely buy it again, I just hope that Autel helps out customers like me who have the V1 drones & smart controllers in case something goes wrong with them with at least a significant credit toward the newer V2 models.”
