“British Airways has always been my favorite when it comes to traveling to Paris. Regardless of the excellent service, the flight delay was inevitable due to technical issues. I had to chase AirAdvisor few times during 4 months, but finally they finished my claim”

“The process was quite simple. I got the money, total time was 3 months. So overall I am ok with service, as at least they dont charge VAT”
