“Easy website. Worth the fee - could not have fought the airline directly for compensation. Payment was a bit slow. I accept the 30 days. I then received an email saying that payment had been made to my bank account and would arrive within 3 working days. After 5 working days nothing had arrived. I sent an email inquiry and a transfer was immediately made by Wise to my account. Shouldn't have been necessary.”
