“I submitted all the docs the first time 3 weeks ago for both me and my husband. I was away for a few weeks and upon return found out that I need to resubmit my husband Moshe Adar claim again because there were missing documents. I resubmitted it yesterday and still get a message that there are missing docs and it is on hold. Why??”

Hello! We appreciate your feedback. We regret that our service did not meet your expectations. A separate claim is created for each passenger and each passenger must sign a power of attorney. As far as I can see after adding documents for passenger Moshe Adar the claim has been sent to the airline. We kindly ask you to clarify the reason why you were dissatisfied with our work.
