Life saver for some someone with a dog who wishes to close the gate right behind me when entering or leaving. Not to mention when it rains

Good item for his price, some parts were not included, spend two day to install all items, if you dont have mechanical work experience .please do not try to install by yourself ,motor is only 200 watt, advertised as motor is 1.5hp ,

it includes everything you my need to install it, but If your like me, that you only want to do things oneness, you would make your own brackets to install the magnets for the proximity censor, this is nothing like replacing a garage opener, you wont just plugin an go. you don't need much intelligence but a lot of commences. ((((( you will need to read the manual twice from beginning to end. or more times))) do not rush/////////cons. metal base already rusting

It seems like a nice compact opener and works great, even though the instructions are pretty vague. You can figure it out

I saved 1200 bucks buying this opener and it works great! I dont know if I would use it on a gate that opened 10 times an hour but for a house or 10 times a day if works great.

Works great... However mine was install by pro. Had no clue about sensors..had issues installing it myself. If you alrerady have gate ready might be easier

the gate was relatively easy to install, a little funky on the magnetic stops but if your not mechanically inclined you should have someone who is install it anyhow.Mine opens a 24' long, 8' tall gate that is wood on a 2" tube steel frame. The motor has no problems with opening it.Much better than the garage door opener I retrofitted to work as a gate opener.
