“Trading view is great and extremely useful for day & swing trades, add AMP Futures and you have a wining combo. However, the system does get glitchy at market open and for the first 5 minutes, likely due to the high volume trades being executed?
Also, the 5 second delay on Free accounts that connect to a broker can be a bit annoying, and the price for the extra trading speed is a bit steep. Maybe there is a lower price range? $50 a Year instead of $155, since some of us only use bear minimum features anyway? And not to be a pest, but why can I take partial trades with such ease on the trading view paper trading section, but not when I'm logged in with my broker?
Other than that, trading view is fantastic, and I do recommend it to family and friends quite often.
It was easy to access, easy to set up, and easy to use, on top of all the easily accessible chart ideas, what more can we ask for?

“I have tried several trading platforms and keep coming back to TradingView for its simplicity and order execution with AMP. The TV simulated broker needs improvement, but there are no issues using AMP’s simulated trading. I would also like the ability to have automated or semi-automated trading, but other than that TV is an excellent platform for all levels of trading experience and will continue utilizing it for live trading with AMP’s integrated brokerage.”

The bad: Slow, with higher latency than Quantower. The UI sometimes crashes, but it restores instantly.”
“When it comes to charting and analysis, TradingView is unmatched—it's easily the best platform I've ever used.
The downside is that market data feels extremely sluggish across almost all markets (especially EUREX). The price in both the total account balance and the bracket order box moves ahead of the last price bar (sometimes by a few seconds). Because of this, it's manageable for swing trading, but it makes scalping virtually impossible.
Over the past couple of months, I've noticed this lag getting progressively worse.”
“It’s slow. On other platforms I have it doesn’t show you getting into a trade even though you are. It’ll update afterwards; it never showed the limit order was hit and was unable to manage trade, so it ran with forest (Gump) until my margin was triggered. Horrible experience. Only use it for ease of charts”
