“I purchased 2 of the heaters 1 for my office and 1 for our conservatory the heaters themselves look very modern and stylish and give out good heat. But, the front top and the front sides of the heater get very hot and if you touch them you will burn your hand. It becomes impossible to move the heaters whilst using them so the only way to achieve this is to switch them off wait for them to cool down and then move them which is approx. 15/20 minutes. I have only scored it 2 stars due to the issue of the heater becoming very hot to touch the heat output is very good.”

We can see from our records that this issue was not reported to us so that we could try and resolve, however it is not advisable to move these fires whilst lit for safety reasons an that it may damage the fire.
