“The heater (blue belle chic) is incredibly efficient, and very easy to use (once you read the instructions).
Delivery was quick and the stove was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Agree with other reviewers that the door doesn't catch sometimes, but with a bit of wiggling its ok. The stove looks as nice as it can for a heater, and is a modern design, without much heat overspill to the sides which is great as it's in quite a tight space.”

“The product arrived with the front mesh dented and the door warped. I managed to push the dent out and reform the door such that it was ok. If it was easy to return the damaged product i would have, but rthe returns process is complex.”
