Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. All gas heaters must be turned off at source. The gas must be turned off at the regulator. When a heater is completely enclosed with a back door, the door would have to be opened each time to turn the regulator off.

“I purchased this as a replacement for my very old, portable gas heater. It is brilliant, plain and simple. It not only warms a chilly conservatory but the living room attached to the conservatory. The mesh grill is safer for grandchildren too.”
