Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. We are sorry to hear that your heater arrived with some courier damage. We can see that you reported this to us on 14th March at 16.28 and our Customer Service Team responded back to you the following day, 15th March at 12.30. You replied back on Saturday, 16th March. As we are closed over the weekend and were also closed on Monday 18th March for St Patrick's Day (an information banner was on the website to inform customers) a reply was sent to you when we reopened on Tuesday 19th March at 10.04 to arrange a collection. We can see that a collection has since been arranged and a replacement heater has been sent. We apologise for any inconvenience that was caused.
