“Over all very high build quality, strong durable plastic, I could drop my rifle with its full weight on this stock and I’m very confident it wouldn’t budge or break. I can operate the charging handle with the cheekrest where I like it, which wasn’t possible with another stock a owned. The adjustment knobs are sturdy and the knobs stay tight.
A few caveats: there are no QD mounts that come with the stock, so I recommend buying the inserts that the stock is designed to accept. These are the little cups that QD mounts plug into. You can pick these up on amazon for 6$ a piece.
Like almost all stocks, it is slightly loose and there is some play. To fix this I wrapped my buffer tube in electrical tape, which cut out the slop. I would do this with any stock, so no really dockage there.
TLDR: this is a great stock, a real competitor to the magpul offerings, it’s well built and you won’t be disappointed with it.”
“The Luth-AR MBA-1 is a great improvement over the factory RPR stock. No more loosening of locking levers, more comfortable, and just as god or better length of pull adjustment (as you can ad spacers and even change the stock end to one that was designed for the AR and give yourself a three way adjustable shoulder piece. The only issue I have with it is the hardness of the recoil pad, just too hard and thin for me.”
“The Luth-Ar mba 1 stock is well made, functional, and flat out awesome looking my Aero Precision At 10. The only draw back is to remember to adjust your fingers with charging handle only when the cheek riser extended up.”
